摘 要:目的研究还少丹对大、小白鼠脑和肝B型单胺氧化酶(MAO—B)活性的影响。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定各组白鼠脑、肝组织内MAO—B活性。结果老年小白鼠MAO—B有活性增高之老年性变化(P<0.01),老年大、小白鼠还少丹组脑、肝MAO—B活性明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论还少丹能对抗老年白鼠因衰老引起单胺氧化酶活性的改变,从生化酶学角度进一步阐明还少丹的抗衰老作用。Objective To study the effects of Huan Shao Dan on monoamine oxidase activity in brian and liver tissues of rats. Methods Uv spectrophotometry was taken to determine the activity of MAO-B in brian and liver tissues of rats. Results It is observed that the activity of MAO- B was increased in brain and liver tissues of old rats significantly than young ones( P 〈 0. 01 ). The activity of MAO- B in Huan Shao Dan groups of big and little aging rats was decreased significantly than that in the saline groups ( P 〈 0. O1 ). Conclusions Huan Shao Dan could invert the change of MAO-B activities in brain and liver tissues of aging rats, which provides a further explanation of the anti-aging mechanism of Huan Shao Dan in molecule enzymology.
