摘　　要：就广州地区部分高校的大学生亚健康状态进行抽样调查,发现当前大学生健康状况不容乐观,应当重新审视目前大学生的体育与心理的健康教育,改进学校教学管理和体育部门的教学。Research indicated the institution is not optimism from Sub Healthy of the the University students of Guangzhou Areas, we should attach importance to sports and psychology＇s education of undergraduate, and improve management on teaching and sports sector.
