快薇乔缝线缝合会阴切口150例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较快薇乔缝线和铬制肠线加丝线在会阴切口缝合后的临床效果。方法将经阴道分娩行会阴侧切的产妇300例随机分为两组,观察组150例采用快薇乔缝合,对照组用0号铬制肠线加丝线缝合。结果观察组的切口愈合情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组切口疼痛轻、住院时间短,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论快薇乔缝线在会阴切口缝合中明显优于铬制肠线加丝线,值得推广。Objective To compare the clinical effect between Vicryl Rapide and chromicized catgut made Cat-gut and thread after episiorrhaphy. Methods 300 pregnant women who underwent lateral episiotomy during vaginal delivery were divided randomly and equally into two groups ： 150 cases of the study group with Vicryl Rapide. 150 cases of the control group with zero type chromicized catgut made Cat-gut. Results The healing of the incision in the study group was obviously better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05） . Compared with the control group, the study group suffered less pain, the period of staying at hospital was shorter. There were significant differences（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Vicryl Rapide is superior to Cat-gut and can be widely used.
