颈椎前路扩大减压术的并发症及其防治

摘　　要：为了预防颈前路手术的并发症并降低其发生率，统计６７９例颈前路手术出现的并发症。结果：各种并发症５８例，占颈前路手术的８．５４％。其中手术暴露过程中的损伤２３例，占３．３９％；减压时的损伤１２例，占１．７７％；术后并发症２３例，占３．３９％。提示：颈前路手术的并发症虽不多见，但后果较为严重；并提出了应采取的相应措施。To prevent the complications of anterior approach in cervical spinal surgery and reduce its incidence,the complications of 679 cases of anterior cervical spinal surgery were analysed. There were 58 cases(8.54%)of complications in this group.Out of,them,23 cases(3.39%)were injured during the process of exposure,12 cases(1.71%)during the process of decompression,and 23 casses(3.39%)occured after operation.It is suggested that the complications of anterior approach in cervical spinal surgery be fewer but serious,and could be prevented with appropriate measures.
