摘 要:选用铁、钼、锌为活性组分,ZSM-5沸石为载体制备了直溜汽油催化改质催化剂。考察了分子筛的不同硅铝比、不同的活性组分、活性组分含量、活性组分引入方式及反应条件等因素对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:以硅铝比为50的ZSM-5分子筛为载体,以Fe2O3为活性组分、ZnO为助剂所制备的催化剂在常压3、20℃的条件下对直溜汽油进行催化改质,能使产物辛烷值(RON)提高32个单位,且具有较好的活性、稳定性。We prepared the requalitive catalyst of direct distillation gasoline by using iron, molybdeum and zinc as the active components and ZSM-5 zeolite as the cartier. We explored some factors to catalyst performance, such as different ratio of silior and aluminium, different active components, and so on. The results showed that the catllyst prepared by using ZSM-5 zeolite of the ratio of silicor and aluminium is 50 as the carrier, Fe2O3 as the active component and ZnO as the assistant catalysed the direct distillation gasoline in the condition of normal pressure and 320℃. It advanced 32 units of octane value, and has good activity and stability.
