摘 要:目的:观察麻黄汤对正常小鼠肛温的影响.方法:将120只小鼠分成两组:麻黄汤9g/kg组(以单味麻黄计)、空白对照组,每组60只,分别于给药后0,5,10,15,20,25,30 min测量小鼠肛温,计算出肛温的变化值.结果:麻黄汤9g/kg组和空白对照组两组肛温在5,20,25 min时没有显著性差异(P>0.05),在10,15 min时麻黄汤组高于空白对照组(P<0.001),在30 min时间点麻黄汤组低于空白对照组(P<0.005).从麻黄汤组内来看,10 min与5 min比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),15 min与10 min比较有显著性差异(P<0.001),20 min与15 min比较有显著性差异(P<0.001),25 min与20 min比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),30 min与25 min比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).即麻黄汤组小鼠肛温从5 min开始有升高的趋势,从10 min开始上升,到15 min升至最高点,与其他5个时间点均有显著性差异(P<0.001);20 min时开始下降,到30 min时低于空白对照组.结论:麻黄汤对正常小鼠肛温的作用在5~15 min之间有一个体温上升期,以增加体内热贮,之后随着出汗,体温下降.麻黄汤对正常动物体温调定点的影响,还需要深入研究.Objective:To observe the effect of Mahuangtang(MHT) on anal temperature in normal mice. Methods: 120 mice were divived into two groups: MHT 9 g/kg dosage group (counted by single Mahuang) and control group. There were 60 mice in every group. The anal temperature was measured at 0 minutes,5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes,20 minutes,25 minutes and 30 minutes after administration of MHT. The change of the anal temperature was calculated. Results:The anal temperature between MHT 9 g/kg dosage group and control group hadno significantl difference after 5 minutes, after 20 minutes and 25 minutes. But the anal temperature of MHT group was higher than that of control group after 10 minutes and 15 minutes,lower after 30 minutes. Inside the MHT group,there were difference significantly between after 10 minutes and 15 minutes(P〈0.05), between after 15 minutes and after 10 minutes(P〈0.001), between after 20 minutes and after 15 minutes (P〈0.001). There were no significantl difference between after 25 minutes and after 20 minutes(P〉0.05), between after 30 minutes and 25 minutes (P〉0.05). In other words,the anal temperature of MHT group had an ascending trend after 5 minutes,began to rise after 10 minutes,arrived at the highest point after 15 minutes,which had significant difference with other five time points(P〈0.001) ,began to descend after 20 minutes, and after 30 minutes was lower than that of control group. Conclusion:There are a temperature ascend period after 5 minutes to 15 minutes in the process of the effects of MHT on anal temperature in normal mice. It showed the heat stored in the body increased, then the anal temperature descended as following diaphoresis. The effects of MHT on the set point in normal mice needed to be researched thoroughly.
