摘　　要：目的:优选川牛膝的盐炙工艺。方法:采用正交设计L9(34),以水溶性成分及杯苋甾酮的含量为考察指标。结果:最佳盐炙工艺为饮片加2%饮片量盐的盐水润透,150℃炒制15 m in。结论:优选得到的工艺是合理的。Objective ：To optimize the technology of processing Radix Cyathulae. Methods： Use orthogonal design L9 （ 3^4 ） to screen out the best extraction condition with the percentages of water-soluble components and cyasterone as the content index. Results：The optimal procedure was set as follows： Radix Cyathulae added with 2% salt and mixed homogeneously, at 150℃ for 15 min. Conclusion： The technology is reasonable.
