支扩宁合剂对支气管扩张症大鼠中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶的作用

摘　　要：目的:研究支扩宁合剂对支气管扩张症模型中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)的作用,探讨支扩宁合剂疗效机理。方法:建立SD大鼠支气管扩张症模型,观察呼吸道冲洗液中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶含量及支扩宁合剂干预后的变化,探讨它们在支气管扩张症发病中的地位及支扩宁合剂的干预效果。结果:支扩宁合剂明显降低NE含量(P<0.01)。结论:支扩宁合剂能显著减少支气管扩张症气道中NE释放,抑制其蛋白分解活性,这可能是其疗效机理之一,有进一步研究开发价值。Objective ：To investigate the role of neutrophil elastase（NE） in the pathogenesis of bronchiectasis and the effect of Zhikuoning Decoction（ a TCM prescription） on it;to assess and explain the therapeutical efficacy of Zhikuoning Decoction on bronchiectasis. Methods： Animal model was established by intra-bronchial injection with Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. The effect of Zhikuoning Decoction on animal model was investigated by analyzing NE content in BALF and the change of it after being treated with Zhikuoning Decoction, compared with ofloxacin. Results：Zhikuoning Decoction is better than ofloxacin to lower NE. Conclusion：Zhikuoning Decoction has satisfactory effect in lowering the release of NE ,thus suppressing its proteolytic action. It is worth of the further investigation and wider clinical application.
