PTFV_1对老年冠心病心功能检测的意义

摘　　要：用Ｍｏｒｒｉｓ法检测了８０例老年冠心病患者与２０例老年健康者的心电图Ｖ_１导联Ｐ波终末电势（ＰＴＦＶ_１），并与门控心血池显象检查进行对比和分析。结果显示：老年冠心病组ＰＴＦＶ_１、左室整体射血分数（ＥＦ），右室高峰充盈率（ＰＦＲ）、房缩分数（ＡＳＦ）与老年健康组相比均显著异常；老年冠心病组ＰＴＦＶ_１≤－０．０３／ｍｍ·ｓ者的ＥＦ、ＰＦＲ、ＡＳＦ的异常程度显著高于ＰＴＦＶ_１＞－０．０ｍｍ·ｓ者（Ｐ＜０．００１）提示：ＰＴＦＶ_１的变化在一定程度上能反映老年冠心病患者左心功能损害的严重程度。The P terminal force V_1(PTFV_1)of 80 cases of elderly coronary heart disease(CHD)and 20 cases of elderly healthy persons were compared with those of the gated cardiac-blood pool imaging The results indicated that PTFV_1,the left ventricular ejection fraction(EF),the left ventricular peak filling rate(PFR)and the atrial systolic fraction(ASF)of the elderly CHD group were significantly different from those of the elderly healthy group.These suggested that PTFV_1 be correlated with the left heart function.The abnormality of EF,PFR and ASF in the patients with PTFV_1≤-0.03 mm·s was significantly higher than that of the patients with PTFV_1>-0.03 mm·s(P<0.001).These changes indicated the severity of left heart malfunction of the elderly patients with CHD to a certain degree.
