摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定胆香鼻炎片中欧前胡素含量的方法.方法:色谱柱:HP ODS-Hypersil(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),柱温:20℃,流动相:乙腈∶水(45∶55),流速:0.8 ml/min,检测波长:249 nm.结果:欧前胡素在0.007 8～0.25μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 8,加样回收率为98.6%,RSD为2.77%.结论:该方法快速、准确,可作为胆香鼻炎片的质量控制方法.Objective：To establish the determination of Imperatorin Danxiang Biyan Tablets by HPLC. Methods ：The determination was carried out by HPLC. The mobile phase was acetonirile-water（45： 55）and UV detection wavelength was set at 249 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min^-1. The column temperature was 20℃. Results ： In the range of 0.0078-0.25μg for Imperatorin, the coefficacy was 0.9998 the average recovery was 98.6% （RSD=2.77%）. Conclusion ：The method was accurate and reliable. It could be used for determination in Danxiang Biyan Tablets.
