舌针与中药并用治疗中风后抑郁症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察舌针与中药并用治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选择60例中风后抑郁症患者,随机分为治疗组:舌针与中药并用常规西医中风治疗组30例。对照组:常规西医中风治疗30例。应用国际公认的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、抑郁自评表(SDS)、日常活动能力评定方法残疾指数的量表(B I)积分法。对两组患者的临床疗效进行观察比较。结果:采用舌针与中药并用常规西医中风治疗组,治疗中风后抑郁症、患者的临床症状、3种抑郁量表相关指标均得到改善,与常规中风治疗组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:舌针与中药并用治疗中风后抑郁症疗效显著,无副作用,安全可靠。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect on treating post-apoplectic melancholia with Chinse herbal and the tongue needle. Methods：Sixty cases of poststroke depression were randomly divided into a curing group（n=30） treated by tongue needle and Chinese herbal medicine and a control group（ n = 30 ）treated by normal treatment. Observe and compare by the international accepted Hanmitun of application deal form for suppressing the depression measuring the form（ HAMD）, suppressing the depression from evaluate form（SDS） ,usual movable ability assessing the method deformity the index number integral calculus method（BI）. Results：The group treated by tongue needle and Chinese herbal medicine,the clinical symptoms and 3 kinds indexes in the depression scales improved and increased significantly when compared with the normal method curing group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Condusion：The tongue needle and Chinese herbal medicine method is effective and dependable ,with no side effect.
