摘　　要：目的:研究胃痛立应软胶囊制备中二氧化碳超临界流体(SFE-CO2)萃取后药材的提取工艺。方法:对比乙醇回流、温浸、超声及水煎等提取工艺,以溶媒浓度、用量、提取时间为研究因素,经正交设计进行提取工艺条件的优选。结果:最佳提取工艺路线为10倍量75%乙醇回流提取1次,提取时间为1.5 h。结论:以高良姜素提取率为指标,该最佳提取工艺能充分提取药材中的有效成分。Objective：To study the extraction in the processes of Weitongliying Soft Capsule after extracted by Supercritical carbon dioxide fluid. Methods：The most appropriate technology was screened based on the comparative study among the technology of ethanol eircumfluence ,ultrasonic extraction,water warm immersion and water decoction, with the concentration of menstruum, volume and extracting time as the evaluating factors, on the basis of orthogonal design, Results：The optimum extraction process was as follows ：adding10 times of 75% ethanol and boiling for 1：5 hours, extracting one time. Conclusion：The index was the extraction rate of galangin. The effective substance can be abundantly extracted through the best process.
