摘　　要：目的 为完善麻疹疫苗接种模式，观察2001年1月1日至2005年6月30日麻疹的流行病学及临床特点。方法 对1216例麻疹病人的年龄分布、疫苗接种史、流行病学史、血清特异性麻疹IgM抗体检测等进行分析。结果 2000年以来麻疹发病年龄前移，后移较明显。结论 需进一步完善麻疹疫苗接种的模式。Objective To improve the mode of measles vaccine inoculation, we studied the epidemiologic and clinical features of measles patients from Jan.1, 2001 to Jun.30, 2005. Methods The range of age, measles vaccine inoculation or not, epidemiologic feature were analyzed, serum anti-body of measles were detected by ELISA. Results Some of 1216 measles cases are younger and some are elder than those be seen in the past. Conclusion We should improve the mode of measles vaccine inoculation.
