腹水浓缩超滤回输腹腔治疗乳糜性腹水18例

摘　　要：目的 探讨乳糜性腹水的治疗。方法 在利尿、抗炎、支持治疗的基础上，应用HAUF-Ⅱ型腹水浓缩机进行回输腹腔，同时加用多巴胺、速尿联合腹腔注射。结果18例病人经过4-8次的回输，每次浓缩8-10倍，显效7例（38．9％），有效5例（27．8％），总有效率达到66々％，无效6例。结论 腹水浓缩超滤回输腹腔，并加用多巴胺、速尿联合腹腔注射是治疗乳糜性腹水的一种有效的方法，值得推广应用。Objective To explore treatment of. Methods Based on diuresis, antibiotics and support treatment, Ultrafiltration of ascites with HAUF-Ⅱ ascites concentrater and peritoneal Reinfusion were applied into the treatment of Chylous ascites, combined with dopamine and furosemide abdominal cavity injection. Results 18 cases of Chylous ascites received 4-8 cycles of treatment, which concentrates ascites 8-10 time. 7 cases achieved significant effectiveness （effective rate reached 38.9%）, 5 cases achieved effectiveness （27.8%）, and the total effectiveness reached 66.7%, with 6 examples no response. Conclusions Ultrafiltration of ascites with HAUF-Ⅱ ascites concentrater and peritoneal reinfusion combined with dopamine and furosemide abdominal cavity injection is an effective alternative of treatment, and is worthy of wildly used in clinical practice.
