摘　　要：目的探讨复方氨酚烷氨片中的对乙酰氨基酚的含量的测定方法.方法采用C18柱以水-甲醇(65:35)为流动相,流速为1 ml·min-1,检测波长为249 nm.结果对乙酰氨基酚在40～200 mg·L-1线性良好(r=0.999 9)平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.50%.结论该方法简便快速,结果准确.Aim A HPLC method was established for the paracetamol of compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets. Methods The analysis was performed on symmetryshield colum of C18 ,methanol（65： 35） as mobile phase and the UV detection wavelength was 249nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Results The linear response range was from 40 - 200 mg · L^-2 of paracetamol （ r = 0.999 9）. The mean recoveries of paracetamol was 100.1% and the telative standatd deviation was 0.50% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, quick and the results of determination is good.
