摘　　要：实际问题中常遇到的多目标决策问题，目标要求即有越大越好，又有越小越好，还有越靠近某个数值越好，即目标混合型的多目标决策问题，且目标带约束．本文针对上述问题，给出综合系数法。并将此法应用到某市科技兴市评价上，收到满意效果．The multiobjective decision problems met in realistic questionsare that the object is better if it is bigger and bigger or smaller and smaller,and or near a numerical value.ie multiobjective decision problems of objectmixed type and object with restrictions.In this paper,method of syntheticcoefficients is presented,which the author uses to the estimates of scienceand technology vigorously developing a city,and the results are satisfied.
