摘　　要：法治的核心是树立宪法至高无上的权威性。必须要建立相应的宪法保障制度,宪法诉讼制度是在实践中证明最有效的宪法保障制度。进一步完善中国的宪法保障制度,建立宪法法院制度,赋予公民以司法救济手段来维护自己的利益,从而调动广大公民参与宪法实施的保障,是中国当代法制建设最为迫切的任务之一。The core of rule by law is establishing the highest authority of constitution. The system of protecting constitution should be established. Constitutional lawsuit system is proved be the most effective protective system of constitution. The insistent tasks of Chinese contemporary law system building are improving constitutional protective system, establishing constitution court, endowing the citizens with the right to protecting their advantages by judicial relief, calling on the citizens protecting practice of constitution.
