摘　　要：目的:研究逐瘀通脉滴丸同逐瘀通脉胶囊、复方丹参滴丸的药理药效学。方法:采用盐酸肾上腺素与冰水浴交替制备法制备动物模型,采用毛细管法、体外自然溶解法、紫外分光光度计比浊法测定逐瘀通脉滴丸、逐瘀通脉胶囊及复方丹参滴丸对实验大鼠全血粘度、血液凝块溶解率、血小板聚集功能的影响。结果:逐瘀通脉滴丸对降低实验大鼠全血粘度、抑制体外血栓形成及抑制血小板聚集功能效果优于逐瘀通脉胶囊和复方丹参滴丸。结论:逐瘀通脉滴丸可用于治疗高粘滞血症、血瘀症、血栓。疗效优于逐瘀通脉胶囊和复方丹参滴丸。Objective： To compare the pharmacology and pharmacodynamics of Zuyutongmai droping pill with both Zuyutongmai capsule and compound Dan Shen dropping pill. Method： We prepared animal model by using hydrochloric acid adrenaline and the icing water bath alternative way, and adopted the capillary tube method, the in vitro natural dissolution, the ultraviolet spectrophotometer turbidimetric method to determine their effects on the whole blood viscidity , blood clotting dissolving ratio and platelet aggregation function in rat. Results： Zuyutongmai droping pill reduced rat whole blood viscidity, inhibited external thrombopoiesis and suppressed platelet aggregation function, with its effect superior to the Zuyutongmai capsule and compound Dan Shen dropping pill. Conclusion： Zuyutongmai droping pill can be used to treat the patients with high sticky and stagnant blood, blood stasis and thrombus, with its curative effect superior to Zuyutongmai capsule and compound Dan Shen dropping pill.
