摘 要:目的:探讨糖尿病(DN)大鼠血浆中血管紧张素原(PRA)及血管紧张素-Ⅱ(A ng-Ⅱ)与糖尿病大鼠肾病病变(DN)关系。方法:复制糖尿病大鼠模型,在糖尿病持续8周时,采用均相对放射免疫法测定血浆中PRA及A ng-Ⅱ,同时用葡萄糖氧化酶法测空腹血糖(FBG),CBB法测24h尿蛋白水平,二乙酰-肟法测尿素氮(BUN)。结果:模型组与治疗组比较,血浆PRA及A ng-Ⅱ显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病(DM)大鼠血浆中PRA及A ng-Ⅱ水平升高,肾素-血管紧张素系统(RA S)调节障碍是引起DN的一个重要因素。Objective: To study the relationship between the plasma angiotensinogen and angiotensin Ⅱ levels and diabetic nephropathy in rat. Methods: We made a model of diabetic nephropathy in rat, then measured the plasma angiotensinogen and angiotensin Ⅱ levels by using RIA, fasting plasma glucose by using glucose oxidase method, 24h urine albumen by using CBB method, and urea nitrogen by using diacetyl- oxim method. Results: The plasma angiotensinogen and angiotensin Ⅱ levels in model group were significantly higher than those of therapy group (P〈 0.01). Conclusion. The plasma angiotensinogen and angiotensin Ⅱ levels rise, and the regulating disturbance of the rennin angiotensin system is an important factor to cause the development of DN.
