褶合光谱法同时测定复方头孢氨苄胶囊中二组分的含量

摘　　要：目的:用褶合光谱法不经分离同时测定复方头孢氨苄胶囊中头孢氨苄和甲氧苄啶二组分的含量。方法:结合计算机信息处理技术,利用褶合曲线分析法同时测定复方头孢氨苄胶囊中二组分的含量。结果:头孢氨苄和甲氧苄啶的平均回收率分别为99.85%(RSD=0.47%)和100.04%(RSD=1.65%)。结论:此方法不需分离,可同时测定吸收光谱互相重叠的复方制剂中待测组分的含量,方法可靠,操作简单,结果准确。Objective： The convolution spectrometry was used simultaneously to determine the components of Cefalexin （CEX） and Trimethoprim （TMP） in the compound cefalexin capsules without separation. Methods： Simultaneous determination of the two components in the compound Cefalexin capsules by computer information processing and convolution spectrumetry. Results：Average recoveries of CEX and TMP were 99. 85% and 100.04%, with RSD of 0. 47% and 1.65%, respectively. Conclusion： This method can be applied to the quantitative determination of the components in the compound preparation with overlap of absorption spectrum without separation at the same time, the method is credibile, simple and the result is accurate.
