摘　　要：邓小平依法治国思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,其依法治国思想可概括为:治国安邦,要实现从个人到制度、人治到法治的转变;建设法治,要处理好民主与法制、执政党与法、权力与法三对关系;厉行法治,要有法可依、有法必依、执法必严,违法必究。这些思想解决了为什么要实施法治,如何建设法治,如何推行法治等重要理论问题。坚持邓小平的依法治国思想,对于全面落实依法治国方略,推进社会主义政治文明建设,具有深远的意义。Deng Xiaoping＇s idea of ruling the country by law is the cornerstone of Deng Xiaoping＇s Theory,which can be highly generalized as the follows： governing the country by law instead of personal preference;building up the sound relationship between democracy and legal system, rifling party and law,administration and law;enforcing the law and punishing the law violators strictly. All the above theories solve the problems of why we should carry out the ruling by law,and how. It is of great significance to insist Deng Xiaoping＇s idea for fully putting the law of rule into effect and putting forward socialist political civilization.
