摘 要:多年生簇毛麦(Dasypyrum breviaristatum)是一个小麦育种中尚未广泛应用的新种质,为跟踪多年生簇毛麦优异基因向小麦中导入,用基因组原位杂交方法对获得的含多年生簇毛麦染色体组的材料和衍生后代进行了鉴定。结果表明TDH-2是一个小麦-多年生簇毛麦的部分双二倍体,在TDH-2与小麦的杂交回交后代中观察到了多年生簇毛麦染色体以多种形式导入,为进一步分离和鉴定小麦-多年生簇毛麦附加系和易位系打下了基础。By far, Dasypyrum breviaristatum ,a valuable source, has not been extensively exploited in wheat improvement. In order to detect the novel genes introduced to wheat background, fluorescence in situ hybridization was used to characterize the wheat- D. breviaristatum germplasm and its derivatives. Results indicated that line TDH-2 was a wheat- D. breviaristatum partial amphiploid, and a variable type of D. breviaristatum chromatins were found in a BC1F4 progenies from the backcross of the hybrids between TDH-2 and elite wheat. The derived lines allowed us to further develop wheat- D. breviaristatum chromosomes addition and translccations lines for desirable gene transfer to wheat.
