摘 要:工业循环冷却水的结垢问题一直受到人们的关注,目前多采用化学方法对水质进行处理,但会造成一定程度的二次污染。实践证明,磁化水处理不但可以防垢,而且可以除垢和防腐蚀。影响磁化水处理效果的主要因素有:水的硬度、锅炉工作压力、循环水温度和流速。文章对磁水器产品的选用和安装要求进行了介绍。The fouling of cooling water has been a major concern in industry. Most of the cooling water which has not been treated by chemical technique will cause pollution to some extent. The practice proves that the magnetic water treatment not only can prevent the fouling formation, but also can remove fouling and prevent corrosion. The main factors impacting the effectiveness of the magnetic water treatment are water hardness, boiler operating pressure, cooling water temperature and flow velocity. The selection of magnetic equipment and installation are discussed.
