摘　　要：根据5台CA488型发动机维修过程中实测到的一组数据,运用零件的磨损规律,用数理统计的方法研究了曲轴轴颈与轴瓦磨损配合间隙与其使用寿命的关系,并提出了提高其耐磨寿命的具体措施.The relationship of the life-time of a crankshaft and the clearance between axle journals and bushings of the crankshaft have been studied and found based on data of five CA488 engines measured at heavy repair with wearing rule of workpieces. The practical measures by which the life-time and reliability of CA488 engines can be improved are presented in this paper.
