法氏囊病毒感染对肉鸡内分泌机能的影响

摘　　要：用鸡传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV)弱毒疫苗免疫和强毒感染艾维茵鸡,采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定血浆甲状腺素(T_3,T_4)、促肾上腺皮质素(ACTH)和皮质酮(F)来研究 IBDV 感染对肉鸡内分泌机能的影响。结果表明:IBDV 弱毒疫苗免疫使肉鸡产生高效价抗体,血浆 ACTH 含量升高;IBDV 强毒感染导致肉鸡血浆 T_3,F 急剧升高,法氏囊肿大,血清中也出现 IBDV 抗体,但效价显著低下;而 IBDV 强毒感染曾免疫过的肉鸡则仅导致血浆 F 含量升高。Iwein chickens which were immunized with attenuated vaccine of infected with virulent strain of infectious burse disease virus(IBDV)were used as experemental ob jects to study the effects of infection of IBDV on the endocrine functions in broilers by mea- suring thyroxin (T_3. T_4),adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH),corticosterone (F)level in the plasma. The results showed that the chickens being immunized with attenuated vaccine could get high IBDV antibody titer, and increased plasma ACTH level;when they were in- fected with virulent strain of IBDV only increased plasma F level;the chickens being never immunized could get low IBDV antibody titer and high level of plasma T_3 and F and swollen burse when they were infected with virulent strain of IBDV.
