降低草莓试管苗成本的初步研究

摘　　要：为了降低草莓试管苗成本，用自来水、食用白糖配制培养基，并采用自然光照进行了草莓组培的试验。结果表明，用自来水代替蒸馏水，用食用白糖代替试剂蔗糖，用自然光照代替人工辅助光照在草莓试管苗分化和生根上的效果是相同的，其分化侧芽数和发根数基本一样，似可降低成本。In order to inquire into the cost reduction of strawberry plantlct in vitro,we used tap water,sugar and natural illumination to do this experiment.The results showed that there were no difference between tap water and distilled water,between sugar and sucrose,between natural illumination and supplemtntary illumi-nation on the shoot and root proliferation of strawberry.The proliferation bud and root are almost as well as the ordinary tissue culture plantlet,but the cost can be reduced.
