奶牛营养性骨病钙动力学的研究

摘　　要：采用药代动力学方法，对奶牛营养性骨病进行了研究，探讨了奶牛营养性骨病牛体内钙代谢动力学特征。研究结果表明，骨病牛血钙动力学模型发生了变化。健康牛血钙动力学模型为二室开放模型，而各病牛组血钙动力学模型为一室开放模型，且血钙主要动力学参数也发生较大变化．上升，而轻病组则下降；ＡＵＣ上升，ＣＬＢ下降。A study on the nutrional ossa disease in cow was carried out by usingoharmacokinetics and the characteristics of the calcium kinetics in cows with this diseasewere discussed in this paper.The results of the experiment showed that some key kinet-ics parameters of blood calcium in cow with this disease had changed to some extent.increased in the experimental group and decreased in the group of cow with a little bit ofsymptoms;AUC increased and CLB decreased.
