摘　　要：介绍了快响应热释电探测器电容补偿技术的原理和适用范围，给出了探测器／前放组件性能的理论计算结果，用该技术研制的大面积快响应探测器性能有很大提高。The principle and applicable range of the capacitance compensated technique in fast-response pyroelectric detectors have been introduce in this paper.The theoretical performance of the detedor/preamplifier module has been calculated.A large-area,fast-response detector with better performance has been made by the means of this technique.
