汽车主锥总成刚度调节研究

摘　　要：给出了汽车主锥总成圆锥滚子轴承刚度调节的计算和测量模型，得出了刚度调节规律，实现刚度调整垫圈的最优选择。提供的测量模型和一些典型特性曲线具有重要参考价值。This peper presents a calculating and measuring model of stiffness adjustment in truck axle Pinion.The adjusting rules of the stiffness are investigated,the preloading-used washer can be selected optimallys.The measuring model and some typal characteristics have important reference sense.The control parameters are discussed and evaluated.Some experiments and measurements are carried out,and the results satisfactorily agree with theoretical analysis.
