摘 要:目的探讨绝经年限、年龄和体型对绝经后女性胫骨超声传导速率(SOU)的影响。方法测量580例绝经后1年女性的胫骨SOU。结果胫骨SOU随绝经年限和年龄的增加而逐渐下降,绝经后前10年SOU下降较快。SOU随绝经年限的变化用直线回归模型拟合优度最佳(R2=0.31,P=0.000),其直线回归方程为SOU=3912.4-8.79×绝经年限;SOU随年龄的变化曲线用二次回归模型的拟合优度最佳(R2=0.32,P=0.000),其二次回归方程为SOU(m/s)=4191.56-3.72×(年龄)-0.04×(年龄)2。SOU与体重(r=0.32,P<0.01)、身高(r=0.38,P<0.01)和体重指数(BM I)(r=0.16,P<0.01)呈显著正相关。骨质疏松患病率随绝经年限和年龄而增加。结论绝经年限、年龄以及身高、体重和BM I均显著影响绝经后女性胫骨的骨强度。Objective To investigate the impacts of years after menopause,age and body stature on tibial bone ultrasound speed (SOU) in postmenopausal women. Methods SOU of the tibia was measured in 580 postmenopausal women. Results The fibial SOU gradually declined with years after menopause and age, the decreasing rate of tibial SOU was faster in the first ten years after menopause. The curve of SOU change with years after menopause was best-fit goodness by regression analysis of linear equation [ SOU = 3912.4 - 8.79×( years after menopause) ] ( R^2 = 0. 321, P = 0. 000 ), and the curve of SOU change with age was best-fit goodness by regression analysis of quadratic equation [ SOU = 4191.56 - 3.72 × (age) -0.04 × (age)2 ] (r =0.32,P〈0.01) and SOU was positively related to weight(r =0.32, P 〈 0.01 ), height ( r = 0.38, P 〈 0.01 ) and BMI ( r = 0.16, P 〈 0.01 ) significantly. The incidence of osteoporosis increased with year after menopause and age in postmenopausal women. Conclusion Years after menopause, age and body stature parameters such as weight, height and body mass index have significant impact on tibial bone strength in postmenopausal women.
