柴油机机体有限元建模及模态分析

摘　　要：建立了YC6108柴油机机体的实体模型,研究了其有限元模型的建立,并进行了有限元模态分析.研究了模态分析方法、单元的阶数、有限元网格的密度和均匀度等因素对模态分析结果的影响.通过研究,得出了建立内燃机机体的有限元模型的一些原则.With the construction of the entity model of the cylinder block of YC6108 diesel engine,finite element modeling has been researched, and the modal analysis has been implemented with finite element method. The effects of the analysis algorithms,the order of the elements,mesh size and uniformity has been investigated. The principles to construct finite element model for modal analysis of the cylinder block have been obtained.
