摘  要:自动铣削动态仿真的视向离散法,将刀具和工件离散成沿视线方向的直线段,并用刀具直线段剪裁工件直线段以反映切削效果,但仿真结果不具连续性。改进为三角片离散法,即将工件上表面离散为均匀点并将其连为三角片矩阵,程序运行时按刀具路径修改工件上表面点阵高度,再实感渲染动态仿真,解决了加工申多种误差的测量问题。For dynamic simulation for NC milling machine by using view direction discrete method, cutter and workpiece was discreted into along straight line piece along sight of direction, and a straight line of workpiece was cut out with the straight line section of cutter to reflect the result of cutting, but the result does not have continuity. The trigonometry slices dispersed method is that the surface of workpiece was dispersed into even point and it was connected into trigonal slice matrix. The height of surface lattice of the workpiece was revised according to the route of cutter while operating, and it can not only render a good visual result, but also eliminate detecting error.
