环塔里木非物质文化遗产的现状及其保护

摘　　要：非物质文化遗产,近两年成了社科研究领域使用频率极高的新名词。结合地域与研究特性,本文对非物质文化遗产的概念和特点进行了某些延伸拓展。并在分析新疆,特别是环塔里木非物质文化遗产的现状之后,提出了对环塔里木非物质文化遗产的抢救措施,对高校在这一抢救活动中所肩负的历史重任,以及采取的措施也做了相应的论述。In recent years , the Intangible Cultural Heritage becomes a new term used frequently in the domain of the social scientific research . This paper extends the concept and characteristics of the Intangible Cultural Heritage considering the region and the researching specialty. The author also suggests some rescuing - measures of safegarding the heritage around the Tarim basin and puts the important role of universities.
