鸡新城疫和传性鼻炎二联灭活疫苗的研制

摘　　要：选用新城疫（ＮＤ）Ｎ７９克隆病毒株及Ａ和Ｃ型副鸡嗜血杆菌为制苗毒（菌）株，以１０号白油为佐剂制成ＮＤ和传染性鼻炎二联灭活疫苗。３月龄以上产蛋鸡免疫后局部反应轻微，７～１４天内即可产生免疫力，免疫期达８个月。ＮＤ和传染性鼻炎不发生相互干扰。二联疫苗于４℃可保存８个月以上。疫苗小批量区域性试验表明其安全性良好，可有效防制该两种疫病的发生。Abstract Newcaste disease virus (strain N79) and Haemophilus tparagallinarups<serotype A andC) were selected as vaccine strains. The oil adjrvant .accine w.8'p..p.,ed using F.,..lin--in--\activated virus and agents mixed with No. IO mileral oil. Three--inonthl -old layers and above'appealed immunity. 7-- 14days postill oculation. The duratiofi of inmmunity showed to be no,less than smonths. The bivalent vaccine could store at 4 'C for more than & months,Th6 Vaccine Was dempnstrated to be safe and effective in preuantibg of AD and iC in a field applica tion.
