摘　　要：目的为了提高细胞分裂间期细胞核基因检测的分辨率,以协助临床诊断。方法用DNA纤维荧光原位杂交(DNA Fiber-FISH)技术检测M2型急性髓细胞性白血病(AML-M2)相关易位基因,观察50个间期核荧光信号,并与间期核FISH比较。结果DNA Fiber-FISH所显示的荧光信号明显比间期核FISH显示的荧光信号易于辨认。结论在细胞分裂间期,细胞核基因的检测中,与间期核FISH相比,DNA Fiber-FISH分辨率更高。Objective：To improve the detecting resolution of genes on interphase cells for assisting in clinical diagnosis. Method：DNA Fiber-FISH and interphase FISH were both used to detect translocation genes associated with AML-M2. 50 interphase nuclei were observed. Result： The hybridization signals of DNA Fiber-FISH were more clear than those of interphase FISH. Conclusion：Compared with interphase FISH , the resolution of DNA Fiber-FISH was higher in detecting genes on interphase cells.
