摘  要:目的研究在KMB17细胞中培养脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗病毒及其用于生产疫苗的可行性。方法应用悬浮吸附和添加血清的方法,在KMB17细胞上培养SabinⅠ、Ⅱ、中Ⅲ2型病毒,用微量法检测病毒滴度。结果在悬浮吸附加10%血清培养条件下,SabinⅠ滴度可达8.125 LgCCID50,SabinⅡ滴度可达7.5 LgCCID50,中Ⅲ2滴度可达7.583 LgCCID50。与传统的猴肾原代细胞培养的病毒滴度比较,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论可进一步研究应用KMB17细胞进行疫苗生产。Objective To study the types feasibility of culture of live attenuated poliomyelitis vaccine virus in human embryonic lung dipolid cells(KMB17).Methods Culture poliomyelitis virus types Sabin Ⅰ and Ⅱ and Zhong Ⅲ2 in KMB17 cells by suspension adsorption and adding senun.Determine the virus titer by microcytopathic effect.Results The titers of Sabin Ⅰ ,Sabin Ⅱ and Zhong Ⅲ viruses cultured by suspension adsorption and adding serum to a final concentration of 10% were 8.125,7.5 and 7.583 LgCCID50 respectively, which showed no significant difference from those of viruses cultured in primary monkey kidney cells. Conclusion The production of live attenuated poliomyelitis vaccine using KMB17 ceils may be further studied.
