摘　　要：推进农业标准化是把农产品加工业建成吉林省第三个支柱产业的迫切需要,是发展现代农业、用工业化思维谋划农业发展的现实选择,是形成与新兴工业相匹配的现代农业体系的基础条件,是落实科学发展观、统筹城乡经济社会协调发展的必然要求,是增加农民收入、促进农村全面实现小康的有效途径。Advancing agrietdture standardization is the urgent need to make the agricultural product processing industry to be the third pillar industryof Jilin province; It is the real choice to develop the modem agriculture, and plan the agricultural development with the industrialization thought; It is the basic condition to form the modem agricultural system which matches with the emerging industry; It is the inevitable request to fulfill the scientific developmental view to plan the town and country economic society coordinated development as a whole and the effective way to increase the farmer income and promote countryside to realize the comprehensive well-off.
