摘　　要：摘要:本文揭示了人本管理思想的发展过程及基本内涵,阐述人本管理思想在高校图书馆管理中所具有的现实意义,论述了高校图书馆运用人本管 理的思路及措施。This paper first introduces the development process and the basic implications of man-based management concept, and then it describes the importance of man based library management. The author also discusses the ways to put this management into effect.
