异搏定对有机磷中毒的实验治疗和保护作用

摘　　要：通过对两种常用有机磷农药，氧乐果及乐果中毒的动物实验治疗，研究了钙通道阻滞剂异搏定对有机磷酸酯中毒的治疗和保护作用，发现染毒动物的存活时间延长，肌束震颤及抽搐症状明显缓解，一定程度上防止和缓解ＥＫＧ的异常，与阿托品合用效果更好。提示异搏定作为现行治疗的辅助药物，很有希望推广到临床，以提高疗效，减少严重的心脏成肌肉并发症的发生。methoate and dimethoate are two of the mostcommon organophosphate insecticides causing intoxi-cation. To improve the recovery rate of such poison-ing, therapeutic effect of verapamil,a calcium channelblocker, was applied to treat the rat intoxicated withomethoate and guinea pig with dimethoate, Resultsshowed that verapamil was able to prolong the sur-vival time in both poisoned animals with various mag-nitude. Convulsion and fasciculation were attenuatedsubstantially, The major ECG disorders , such aslengthening of Q-Tinterval,changed of T wave andST segment were mitigated as well. The effectivenessof such treatment appeared to be more prominent incombination with atropine simultaneously.
