红籽瓜数量性状的相关与通径分析

摘　　要：以红籽瓜第7代自交系为材料,测定10个数量性状的相应指标。通过相关和通径分析,结果表明:单瓜种子重与单瓜重、单瓜种子数、种仁重、千粒重、产籽率、种子体积(长×宽×厚)6个性状呈极显著正相关,叶片数与单瓜重呈显著效应;种子数、千粒重和种子体积3个性状对红籽瓜单瓜种子重的决定系数已达到99.3%,其他6个性状以及在本试验中没有考虑到的因素对单瓜种子重的决定系数仅为0.7%。In this paper,the ten quantitative traits of the seventh generation of inbred line for Red-seeded Watermelon were tested. By correlation and path analysis,the result showed that the seed weight had significant positive correlation with single fruit weight,seed number per fruit,kernel weight,kilo-seed weight,producing seed ratio and seed size. Leaf number with single fruit weight had significant positive effect. The determination coefficient of seed number,1 000-seed weight and seed size to single fruit seed weight in this experiment was 99.3%,and that of the other factors not concerned was 0.7%.
