针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症72例临床观察

摘　　要：针灸治疗子宫内膜异位所致不孕症７２例，经３～９个月经周期治疗，结果妊娠４２例，占５８．３３％；显效８例，占１１．１１％；有效１７例，占２３．６１％；无效５例，占６．９５％。总有效率为９３．０５％。针灸使患者症状、体征及甲皱微循环均有显著改善。Acupuncture and moxibustion were used for treatment of 72 cases of infertility induced by endometrlosis. After treatment for 3-9 cycles, as a result, among the 72 cases, 42 had pregnancy accounting for 58.33%; 8 cases were markedly effective accounting for 11. 11%; 17 cases were effective accounting for 23. 61%; 5 cases were ineffective accounting for 6. 95%. The total effective rate was 93. 05% Acupuncture improved symptoms, signs and microcirculation of nail fold in the patient.
