摘　　要：目的探讨施行药物降温后不同时间降温效果,准确反映降温后体温及为临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法随机抽取70例高热患者施行药物降温后30,60min分别观测体温下降幅度进行自身对照。结果降温后60min降温幅度明显高于30min,两者比较差异具有显著性,P<0.001。结论降温后60min体温能够有效地反映降温效果。Objective To discuss the cooling result in different period of time after the medicine cooling in order to effect the body temperature accurately after cooling and offer reliable basis for clinic therapy. Methods To randomly choose 70 hyperthermia patients whom are applied medicine cooling, and after 30 minutes and 60 minutes to observe their cooling extent separately and carrying on an auto - control. Results The cooling extent in 60 minutes are higher obviously than that in 30 minutes, which have notable difference, P 〈 0.001. Conclusion The temperature in 60 minutes after cooling can reflect the cooling result effectively.
