摘　　要：本文结合房地产市场实际,提出基于房地产管理方向的工程管理专业建设要具有前瞻性、专业性和实践性,在房地产高等教育的教育思想、课程设置、办学方式、师资建设、教学质量等方面进行了阐述并提出了相应对策。This text combines the reality of real estate market, proposing the engineering management speciality construction based on the real estate management should be perspective, professional and practical, expositing the teaching thought , course offering, teaching method, teachers construction , teaching quality of the real estate higher education and proposing corresponding solution.
