摘　　要：从就业心理子系统结构分析对社会关注的人民武装学校毕业生就业心理问题进行了剖析,指出内外两条对策。Based on sub--system structure about psychology o{ employment, this paper analyses the psychology problems of employment of the people＇s Armed College Graduate students and then provides two solutions.
