摘　　要：加强校园文化建设对于推进高等教育改革发展,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育、全面提高大学生综合素质,具有十分重要的意义。大学生社团作为校园文化建设的重要载体,其繁荣校园文化、促进学生发展的功能与作用日益显现。结合新的形势和要求,不断加强对学生社团的领导和指导。Reinforcing campus culture construction is of great significance for the work of promoting higher learning reform and development, and strengthening and improving college student ideology education so as to improve student comprehensive quality. Student associations are one of important carriers of campus culture construction. Its function and role in prospering campus culture and promoting student＇s development grows increasingly outstanding. In combined with the latest situation and requirement,proposal of strengthening the direction and instruction to student associations is put forwards.
