摘　　要：安全填埋场是工业发达国家普遍采用的用于处置有毒有害固体废物的工程设施。文中主要通过介绍深圳市“８·５爆炸有害废物安全处理处置工程的设计与实践，阐述了设计填埋场的建设标准、场址选择条件、防渗处理、渗滤液收集系统、集排气网络、封场工程及营运管理体制。Safety filled dump is the facility which is of wide use for disposal of harmful solid.wastes in developed industrial countries. The engineering design and practical operation of the dump project for safe disposal of harmful solid wastes from‘August 5’explosion event in Shenzhen were presented and the construction criteria of filled dump, the conditions for site selection , the leak-proof treatment, percolate collecting system, gas collection and exhaust network, dump closure, as well as the operational. management system were described in this article.
