摘　　要：在甲醇生产中,转化气气质的好坏将直接影响到甲醇的产量、生产成本的高低,而气质的好坏主要决定于转化催化剂的活性及使用条件,在催化剂本身性能不断提高的同时如何优化工艺条件,充分利用好催化剂活性,延长其使用寿命,意义不言而喻。The quality of the reforming gas will directly influence the output and production cost of methanol in methanol production, yet the quality of the reforming gas mainly depends on the activity of the reforming catalysts and their operating conditions. No doubt, how to optimize process conditions, to make full use of catalyst activities and prolong their service lives on the basis of improving catalysts, performances has a significant sense.
