摘　　要：对内部操作过电压形成的机理、原理进行了分析研究,指出了限制操作过电压的意义,给出了如何限制操作过电压的几点措施。The original has been manipulated the mechanism that the tension takes shape to inside, the reason has been underway to analyse researching, point out the sense that tension had been manipulated in the limit, how giving out place restrictions on to have manipulated tension at some steps.
