摘　　要：Acute necrotising pancreatitis is characterized by inflammatory and necrotic events, which followthe initial intra-acinar injury involving enzyme activation, and disruption of the acinar cytoskeleton. At present, apoptosis has become a hot topic in many kinds of disease.
