摘  要:目的 探讨E26转录因子(E26 transformation-specific-1,Ets-1)在原发性卵巢癌中的 表达及其与微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物 素一过氧化物酶复合法(streptomycin avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex,SP)检测32例原发性卵巢癌 组织中Ets-1的表达和MVD值。结果 卵巢癌组织中Ets-1的阳性表达率和MVD值明显高于癌旁 组织(P<0.001);Ets-1的表达和MVD值与原发性卵巢癌的FICO分期和组织学分级密切相关;有 淋巴结转移患者的Ets-1阳性表达率和MVD值高于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.01);癌组织中Ets-1 的表达和MVD值密切相关,相关系数rs0.43(P<0.05)。结论 检测Ets-1的表达和MVD值可作为 了解卵巢癌生物学行为的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression of E26 transformation-specific-1 (Ets-1) and its correlations with microvessel density (MVD) in primary ovarian carcinoma. Methods Streptomycin avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (SP) was used immunohistochemistrically to detect the expression of Ets-1 and MVD in primary ovarian carcinoma. Results Within carcinoma tissue of primary ovarian carcinoma had higher expression of Ets-1 compared with neighbouring ovarian tissue(P〈0. 001). Both Ets-1 and MVD well correlated with the FIGO stage and grade of primary ovarian carcinoma. Within carcinoma tissue,patients with metastases of omental lymph-nodes had higher expression of Ets-1 and MVD than patients without metastases. The correlation analysis showed that There was a positive correlation between Ets-1 and MVD (rs0. 43, P〈0. 05). Conclusion The results show that the expression of Ets-1 can be one of the parameters for understanding of biological behavior in primary ovarian carcinoma.
